I discovered this gem of a salon on Google, I always check a review and can honestly say this business totally lives up to the hype! A gorgeous loft style building, tastefully bedecked with works of art with a warm cozy feel. If you like to feel cared for with attention and a sense of exclusivity, not on a conveyor belt of other clients, then this is for you! I had a cut, colour and blowdry by lovely Katie, who performed miracles with my badly damaged. overbleached hair. I have never received as many compliments after a hairdo before.. My new favourite salon. I'll be back!

Katie is absolutely amazing at what she does and is a very talented hair dresser. Katie took the time and explained to me step by step the process, the in's and out's of my hair and I felt at ease the whole way through, we chatted about what I liked, didn't like etc and she listened. I went in feeling at a loss with my hair and I walked out feeling like me again! She also cares about your hair being as healthy as possible! She worked an absolute miracle on my dry, damaged and over bleached hair! I would 100% recommend! ❤️

I went to Katie for the first time today. My hair was damaged and in poor condition. She gave me loads of advice as to how to get my hair back to its original condition in a way that would look subtle, shiny and healthy and would not only last, but actually improve with every visit. When she had finished, I was astonished at the difference. Katie is not just a hairdresser, she is a true artist, taking into consideration hair type, face shape, and natural colouring, along with the client's desires. She really knows her subject. Thank you so much Katie, for making me feel great! (Sadly, I forgot to take photos!)

I came in for a balayage, and the results exceeded my expectations. The stylist took the time to listen to what I wanted, gave great recommendations, and executed it beautifully. My hair looks natural, vibrant, and perfectly blended. The salon itself has such a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, and the staff are all so friendly and professional. From start to finish, I felt well taken care of. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend Katie to anyone looking for amazing hair services! Thankyou so much.

Wow! I cannot recommend the Lost Hair Company enough!!! Katie was exceptional! From beginning to end she wanted to put as much attention and care into my hair as possible. She dedicated so much of her day to transforming it, which as you can see was a big task. I had red box dyed hair, with a darker band at the top and my light roots coming through too. She managed to strip basically all of the red and then went in with a few bleach foils to get out some of the more stubborn parts. She then put on this beautiful darker blonde shade which interacted with different parts of my hair in such a gorgeous way. We were both thrilled with how well it turned out. Thank you so much Katie it has really boosted my confidence and thank you for the good chat too x
